It can feel overwhelming, even exciting at first, and then quietly defeating when the results don't follow. What's often missing isn't the desire or the practice, it's the right support to guide you, hold you accountable, and help you become the person who actually lives it.

Sometimes you just need to crack that one spot in the mountain so it can collapse, and you can finally see what's on the other side.

During this six-month container, you'll have three 60-minute sessions per month, during which we will move through the remaining stagnation and begin rewiring your mind around the beliefs, identity and future you are consciously choosing:

• Choose the specific beliefs you want to embody and wire them into your subconscious
• Build a new internal identity aligned with where you are going
• Develop an unshakeable relationship with your own intuition and decision-making
• End six months living from a new set of rules — ones you wrote yourself

While working together, you can choose among Reiki, family constellations, EFT, hypnotherapy, or a blend of all. During our consultancy call, I will explain each option, and each session will be tailored to what is most needed as we co-create your healing space.
