Integrating the new you

If life reflects our inner state, we can only master the outside as much as we've mastered ourselves on the inside. Imagine looking at yourself in the mirror and having a crystal clear image of your state from within. Imagine being so connected that you can hear your higher self and feel at ease, knowing you can express yourself from your most solid core.

In our society, this is seen as the exception, not the norm. Many think you need to recline to mountains and be away from your family to reach this level of enlightenment, when this is simply not true. All you need is a sense of awareness and understanding of your subconscious mind.

This year-long package is one of mastery, action and consistent accountability to help you get to where you need to be. We'll work together to form plans and routines to help you achieve your goals and work on all limitations that come up for you so we can release them.

The deeper you know yourself, the deeper you can master life as we know it.

As you work with me for a year, you’ll have three 60-minute sessions a month. I'll guide you through deep belief work to help you understand your current blocks in life. Then, I’ll guide you through your subconscious mind to help you understand the root of your belief so you can let it go. As we clear your subconscious to attune to self-love, joy, surrender and success, you'll also regularly work on your deep spiritual muscles to create new pathways to understanding.

While working together, you can choose between EFT and hypnotherapy or a mix of both. During our consultancy call, I will tell you about each option, and you can select your modality of choice on the day, depending on how you feel. I’ve even mastered the blend of mixing the two within one session for a stronger and more unique experience.
