    Here I am today after decades of work and self-mastery and harnessing all that I know, learned and experienced to help others. I'm no longer 'healing', but continue to upgrade. I shift and grow however I want. It's beautiful.

  • In My 20s

    This was when my mental health was at its worst and I had my 'dark night of the soul'. I was on the path, but had no idea how far I'd go. I saw my lineage as a curse and something I needed to heal from. Little did I know, that my ancestral wisdom holds the keys to my healing and purpose in life.

  • In My Teens

    Carrying childhood and ancestral trauma, thinking the way I was was just the way I was, that life was a lottery of luck. I was desperate for confidence, healthy relationships and spiritual connection. This was the time I was questioning everything, including my faith in God, which I rediscovered by studying theology for years.

When I'm not in session, I'm writing. Some of you have been reading me since long before the healing work began, back when I was covering wars, governments and the stories behind the stories. The journalist in me never truly went away, thank God. This is where I write without permission.

Remember when you thought you'd never be the bubbly, pretty, popular and successful one?

All of this was mere programming and a belief stemming from the fact that you don't deserve to slow down, enjoy the beauty of life and that you have to be the antithesis of the joy your inner girl wants.

You may have started to associate popularity with mean and decided to people-please as a relationship strategy instead, burning you out and forcing you to lose yourself.

You may have started to associate beauty with being superficial, so you became the one who 'doesn't care' to be easier to be around and less intimidating, losing your natural God-given glow.

You may have associated laughter and joy with being 'too much', so you became quieter, smaller, more palatable, stopping you from lighting up every room you walked into and magnetising every soul in it with just your smile.
