Terms of service

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all hypnotherapy sessions, programmes, courses, memberships, digital products, and related services provided by Yinfinity / The Yinfinite Message (“we”, “us”, “our”) through our website, online platforms, and direct bookings.

By booking a session, purchasing a product, joining a programme, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Our Services

Our hypnotherapy services are designed to support personal growth, mindset development, emotional wellbeing, relaxation, confidence, behavioural change, and subconscious transformation.

Hypnotherapy is a complementary wellbeing practice and is not a replacement for medical care, psychological treatment, diagnosis, or professional advice from a qualified healthcare provider.

You remain responsible for your own choices, wellbeing, and decisions before, during, and after sessions.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are aged 18 or over, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing with appropriate consent.
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • You understand the nature of hypnotherapy and are choosing to participate voluntarily.

3. Booking Sessions

Appointments must be booked through our approved booking system or by direct agreement with us.

A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received (where applicable) and confirmation has been provided.

Please ensure that the contact details you provide are correct so that we can send appointment information and updates.

4. Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full before your session, programme, or digital product access begins unless otherwise agreed.

Prices may change from time to time. Any changes will not affect purchases already confirmed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings where payment has not been received.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 48 hours notice.

Cancellations made with less notice may be charged in full.

If you fail to attend an appointment without notice (“no-show”), the session fee may be retained.

We understand that emergencies happen and may consider exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

6. Client Responsibilities

To get the most from hypnotherapy, you agree to:

  • Attend sessions in a suitable environment where you can relax without interruption.
  • Be open and honest about relevant information that may affect your session.
  • Take responsibility for applying insights, techniques, and practices discussed.

Results vary from person to person. While we aim to support positive change, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

7. Health and Safety

Before beginning hypnotherapy, you may be asked to provide information about your health, wellbeing, and circumstances.

You should inform us of any relevant conditions, concerns, medication, or professional support you are receiving.

We may recommend that you seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional where appropriate.

8. Confidentiality and Privacy

We respect your privacy and treat client information confidentially.

Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed to third parties except:

  • Where required by law.
  • Where there is a serious concern regarding safety or risk of harm.
  • Where you provide explicit permission.

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Digital Products, Courses and Memberships

Where you purchase digital products, courses, memberships, recordings, or downloadable resources:

  • Access is provided for your personal use only.
  • You may not copy, distribute, share, resell, or reproduce our materials.
  • Access may be removed if these Terms are breached.

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds may be limited once access has been provided, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials, including but not limited to recordings, written resources, exercises, frameworks, branding, course content, and methodologies, remain the intellectual property of Yinfinity / The Yinfinite Message.

You may use materials for your own personal development but may not reproduce, teach, sell, or distribute them without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

While we provide our services with care and professionalism, we cannot guarantee particular emotional, behavioural, personal, financial, health, or life outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising from your use of our services except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

12. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services where:

  • A client behaves inappropriately, abusively, or disrespectfully.
  • We believe the service is unsuitable for the individual’s needs.
  • Continuing the service would not be appropriate or ethical.

13. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorised access, copy content without permission, or interfere with the operation of our services.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
